This is the first year our school will have fire works during our graduation. Fireworks have always been a request by our students but its never pulled through. Money has been a huge deficit, until this year. Our senior class raised money by selling bread sticks at lunch and many donations have also come in from generous families who children attend LQHS. “My parents have always been very supportive of our school events, and they were more than happy to donate to support to the fire works,” said Nicolle Rappe.
The fireworks will be set off in the baseball fields, towards the end of our ceremony when all the graduates toss their caps in the air and celebrate their graduation of high school. Once the fireworks are set-off and the graduates run to their family and friends they will than be joining their classmates on a buss ride to Six Flags, for Grad Nite.
